Woof! ZZZZZZZZ!

August 4

Hello Family!

Well this has been a crazy week! I feel like a just emailed a few days ago....oh wait I did. So I apologize if this seems very uneventful. We helped a family in our Ward move on Tuesday. It was crazy moving a family from one apartment to a new one.....it reminded me of moving to and from college but a billion times worse! WOOF! But it was a fun afternoon doing service and the members here are FABULOUS so the day was well spent! We then later saw Tams. Who is still progressing like crazy! He was going to bring his daughter to a RDV, he was SO excited! She is 14. BUT his ex-wife was a big bum and manipulated the whole situation so she could come. WOOF. He was heartbroken. Literally sooooooooo sad. He has such a strong testimony of the gospel and the blessings it brings that he want nothing more than to share it with his daughter! Things will work out!

We didn’t really have time for a Pday so we did things here and there. Little by little got things done...just in time for an exchange we had with Chalon. I did and exchange with Soeur Bragg. She is so fabulous. Hard worker and loves the work! Soeur Luthi trained her and it was such a joy to talk with someone who shares in my obsession with my old comp Soeur Luthi!!! The exchange went sell and we talked with some great people!

When our exchange ended we got a call from the Talence STLs. They said they were escorting two of their Sisters to Lyon. WOOF. They arrived Friday night and then the Talence STLs left the next morning and we were in charge. We were given instructions on things to do...for example. A sister could not be in a room by herself, especially with other objects. We had to rest at all times together as 4. We did our best to keep things normal and light. And in all honesty we did a winning job. We all laughed, smiled, and felt the love of Christ! We carried on with our normal day (rdvs, contacting, etc.) but just made it a party with 4!! Sunday rolled around and the Office Elders picked us up and we DROVE to church! Ladies and Gents, this was the first time I had driven to church since 16 months! It was a blast! Listening to MoTab on the way!!!! What a blessing!! It sure beats riding on the Metros with all the drunken people from the Saturday night parties! We attended the Ecully Ward (Presidents). And it was soooooo weird not attending our ward. It actually broke my heart! I missed seeing the faces I am so familiar to and then not know who to talk with after...was weird. I felt way to normal. One of the Sisters interviewed with President throughout the church meetings. She received the news she would be going home and was sad. It was a strange feeling inside. This Sister had come in with me and it was just weird to see her pack up her bags and leave. Something I would be doing in the near future. It really hit me. We went up to Presidents that afternoon and ate lunch and watch a little parting video. WOOF. It was so hard. I don’t want any of this to end. I was SO sad this would one day come to an end. It was an exhausting weekend of high stress, emotion, and constant worry....but its over...so we can move on. It was just a weird feeling because I wasn’t sad for her. That she had to go home. Because SHE had chosen that through her actions. Through her choices she had chosen her consequences. I really gained a stronger realization of what the "final judgment" might actually be. We choose all. It is OUR choice. I pray with ALL of my heart we can choose the right. PLEASE choose the right. Don’t let ANYTHING get in your way. CHOOSE THE SAVOIR.

Family I love you all! With God all is possible!
If you could all pray that I will have more energy I would really appreciate it!
AVEC AMOUR,

Soeur Richardson
